"I am honored to serve as principal of Caloosa Elementary, a school dedicated to excellence! This is my 26th year in education. I graduated from Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!) in 1997. Upon my graduation, I accepted a teaching position in southern Indiana. After teaching special education there for four years, I moved to lovely SW Florida. Here in Lee County, I was in the classroom as a teacher for another nine years while also earning a master’s degree in special education. I was appointed as Assistant Principal at Cafferata Elementary in July 2010. After serving there for three years, I went to the district office as a coordinator for school development. From there, I was appointed Principal at Royal Palm Exceptional School and then moved to Manatee Elementary as a turnaround principal.
I have eight beautiful children. I enjoy the great outdoors and love to go camping and fishing with my family as often as possible!
It is a privilege to serve as Principal of Caloosa Elementary! Thank you for your support!"

"I am thrilled to introduce myself as the Assistant Principal at Caloosa Elementary School. It is a privilege to join such a wonderful school community, and I am eager to contribute to the continued success and growth of our students. I have always been passionate about education and believe in the power of a strong school-home partnership. Together, we can create a nurturing and supportive environment where our students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
I received my bachelor's degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in Elementary Education and my master's degree from Nova Southeastern University in Educational Leadership. I have twenty years of experience in education. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and watching football- Roll Tide and Go Bulls!
I am excited to continue my journey at Caloosa in this new role. Thank you for your support!".
